Invoice Rescue does not require you to create an account. The late fee calculator and reminder email templates run entirely in your browser and are not sent to our servers.
When you purchase the AI Rescue Pack, the situation details you enter (client relationship, days overdue, invoice amount, prior contact, tone, and any optional client name or invoice number) are sent to our server to generate your personalized result, and to our AI provider (Anthropic) and payment processor (PayPal) to complete that request. We do not store this information after your result is generated, beyond what PayPal retains for its own transaction records.
If you use the feedback widget on this site, the message and optional email address you submit are sent to our support inbox so we can respond.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your card or PayPal account credentials — that information is handled entirely by PayPal under its own privacy policy.
We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic to this site. We do not sell your personal information.
